Responsibility

  • manage the compliance for the business
  • manage the Development and implementation of an effective compliance program
  • manage compliance auditing processes, practices and documents to Identify risks or non-conformity issues
  • collaborating with all departments to educate and train employees on regulations and industry practices and changes
  • create reports periodically for senior management
  • motivate employees to meet compliance standards and aim in the improvement for operating efficiency
  • performing research to stay informed about changes within the industry and provide key compliance & risk information, advice and guidance to the business

Requirements

  • previous working experience as compliance manager is essential
  • knowledge and understanding of the industry’s regulations and best practices is preferred
  • hands-on experience with a variety of reporting operations and procedures
  • good organizational and time-management skills
  • ability to multi-task and prioritise work
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • critical-thinker and problem-solver
