Responsibility
- care Manager
- lead and Manage a team of Healthcare assistants to deliver direct support within a care home setting
- provide support to Manager or in absence of Manager
- liaise with local authority, Health and Nursing teams on behalf of individuals in our care
- undertake Auditing responsibilities in line with best practice
- provide direct supervision and feedback to Healthcare assistants on site, providing feedback to ensure best practice
- update and maintain care records and health information for residents in our care

- knowledge of basic medical terminology and procedures
