  • we have an opportunity for a Head Chef to join our exceptional kitchen team at The Ebrington Arms
  • plan orders of equipment or ingredients according to identified shortages
  • arrange for repairs when necessary
  • remedy any problems or defects
  • you will have a professional approach, be personable, organised, and efficient and with a keen eye for detail
  • be fully in charge of hiring, managing and training kitchen staff
