- you will be comfortable pitching in if required
- ability to work within and lead a small team
- hospitality or Food & Beverage industry management experience
- self-starter who will get things done without close supervision
- flexibility, creative problem solving, and a passion for the events industry
- physically capable of moving and lifting our equipment
- you will have an entrepreneurial or creative spark but will also be operationally focussed, constantly thinking about how things can be improved and unafraid to challenge how we do things
Responsibility
- efficiently direct the assignment of people, vehicles and EBar units to deployments around the UK
- manage the operational field team, ensuring that personnel receive high quality training and follow established operational processes
- plan for growth, hiring personnel so that we have the resources that we need to achieve our plans
- lead the Account Management team which liaises with customers and plans EBar deployments
- continously work to help make operations more efficient through the introduction of new processes, technologies and working practices
- work with the Managing Director to grow the business grow rapidly in the UK and overseas
