Responsibility

  • the position is offered is temporary to permanent basis, 12 weeks satisfactory work will result in a permanent contract
  • entry of sales orders and preparing dispatch notes and invoices
  • arranging appropriate transport for shipments
  • ebac Industrial Products Ltd - based at ST Helen's Bishop Auckland are currently recruiting an enthusiastic and hard working Junior Sales Coordinator to join their expanding team
  • obtain transport quotations of inboard and outbound shipments
  • EIPL operate an Annual Hours system with a schedule of 41hrs per week
  • assisting customers with product / part pricing and availability
  • maintaining a good filing system to enable documents can be retrieved easily
