- support staff in delivering exceptional customer service
- understanding the usage of the epos system, including catalog updates, product pricing and overseas promotions, and special offers
- ensuring open and closing routines and followed and carried out correctly
- ensure the supervisors are keeping the shop well stocked, abundant and have stunning displays
