Responsibility

  • the Digital Manager’s mission is to deliver innovative digital marketing tactics, growing the return on investment from digital marketing activity
  • on marketing, you will own the full digital funnel from acquisition through to conversion and retention
  • manage SEO, paid, CRO and CRM strategy and implementation
  • assist with liaison with various specialist agencies
  • support the development of outbound focused technology within the business
  • analysing ROI and recommending changes, if required
  • manage and develop various Marketplace Channels; inc. Amazon, eBay, OnBuy and Fruugo
  • establish the digital growth plan to drive traffic, user acquisition, conversion and retention; prioritising gaps and quantifying progress in line with KPI’s for business priorities

Requirements
