manage and direct the day-to-day activities of the Customer Service Department
oversee and manage the scheduling of customer service representatives
oversee and manage the training of customer service representatives
ensure that all employees are performing their duties properly and efficiently
provide feedback to management on any issues that arise from the team members or customers
assist in resolving customer issues and concerns
maintain a positive attitude towards your team members, customers, and the company’s efforts
work with management to develop job descriptions for new positions within the department
Requirements
minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service or sales with a proven track record of success in your field is preferred but not required.A good work ethic is required.Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.Must be willing to train new employees.We are willing to train the right candidate if you do not have prior experience.We are willing to train for any position within our company.We are also willing to train you if you do not have prior experience with our company
