EASTERN LANDLORDS ASSOCIATION is looking for employees for positions:

Responsibility

  • office Manager
  • to provide strategic leadership of the organisation
  • to work on initiatives to develop earned income for services as directed by the Board
  • to oversee the recruitment of all staff, in compliance with employment legislation and procedures
  • to ensure the training needs of staff are identified and met, within the allocated training budget
  • to ensure that all policies are regularly reviewed and adhered to and in line with current legislation
  • to provide day to day line management of any Staff, and to undertake annual appraisals with a half yearly over-view of their performance
  • to report to the Board on a bi-monthly basis ; and, with regard to urgent matters, immediately to the Chairperson
