- ensure that all drinks are served according to our established standards, guaranteeing customer satisfaction
- provide recommendations and guidance to customers on drink selection, showcasing your knowledge and passion for beverages
- collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction
- monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed, ensuring that the bar is well-equipped
- adhere to all health and safety guidelines, prioritizing the well-being of our staff and customers
Requirements
- proven experience as a bartender, demonstrating your skills and knowledge in the field
- good knowledge of wines and cocktails, enabling you to provide recommendations to customers
- excellent communication and customer service skills, allowing you to engage effectively with customers and create a welcoming environment
- ability to work well in a team environment, fostering a positive and collaborative atmosphere
