Responsibility
- the Midlands Cluster incorporates four fabulous hotels, Hilton Nottingham, Hilton Northampton, Hilton East Midlands Airport and Hilton Puckrup Hall
- the salary for this role is £23,000 a year and is based at the Hilton East Midlands Airport
- convert, quickly, inquiries into contracted business
- respond, positively, to sales inquiries to develop future sales leads
- each Property has its own unique highlights and selling points including the stunning 140 acre surroundings with a Championship 18 hole golf course at Puckrup Hall
- identify sales leads, as appropriate
- A prime city centre location steeped in history at the Hilton Nottingham, a superb location just off the M1 Motorway close to East Midlands Airport and with the Hilton Northampton, you’re only 20 minutes from Silverstone's iconic Formula 1 racing circuit
- A Reservations Agent will serve as the main contact for room reservations for each Hotel; and therefore, must offer an excellent service and influence the Guest decision to stay at the property
