- the success of ELR pubs is key to supporting the ongoing operation of the railway
- be friendly, smiley, sociable and welcoming to our guests creating a great atmosphere
- we are looking to recruit professional and outgoing people to help run our bar and food operation
- both bar and food service
- delivering excellent guest service to the high standards required
- you must be available to work evenings and weekends
- maintaining good standards of cleanliness throughout the pub
- the Trackside is a unique real ale pub located on Platform 2 of The East Lancs Railway, in the centre of Bury
Requirements
- experience working in a bar, pub or restaurant, preferable but not essential
- be trustworthy, respectful and reliable
- be a good team player, helping and supporting your colleagues
- willingness to learn
- available to work evenings and weekends
- good food and drinks knowledge, preferably of real ale
