Requirements
- as a Pilates teacher, we require someone who is passionate about empowering humans to love movement. We need someone who is
- pilates comprehensive certification
- good with people: empathic and driven by a desire to help people
- pilates: 1 year
Education
- GCSE or equivalent
Responsibility
- cover additional classes where needed
- get to know your clients strengths and limitations and adapt exercises accordingly for all class participants
- you should have a working knowledge of the human body (i.e
- plan and deliver enjoyable and effective group reformer Pilates classes for a maximum of 8 participants and group mat Pilates classes for up to 10 participants, with the flexibility to incorporate your training style and knowledge
- muscles, movements, functions, etc) and be able to provide appropriate exercises for the members in the class
- go beyond the usual "turn up and teach" to provide excellent client care, following up both inside and outside of class where clients are struggling
- help to grow our community and online platforms
- demonstrate proper exercise instruction: provide safe and effective teaching, and motivation during each lesson
