Responsibility

  • follow detailed instructions to ensure that aspirational support and care is delivered in a safe and person-centred way
  • coordinate and monitor the delivery of support across a wide geographic area
  • ensure that all aspects of support are delivered on time and to the agreed standard
  • ensure that all appropriate documentation is completed to the correct standard and communicated to the team
  • ensure all legal compliance is adhered to and up to date. Undertaking spot check and audits
  • be a creative problem solver who can recognise solutions and implement them
  • be able to work independently and at times remotely
  • be familiar with a variety of office equipment and software platforms. Full training will be given on the systems in use
