  • the suitable candidate will have prior experience working within the soft landscaping environment
  • deliver first quality services on sites to their specification in a timely and efficient manner
  • demonstrate the ability to work well in a team
  • being able to confidently deal with horticultural maintenance matters on site
  • excellent communication skills to successfully engage with customers, clients, and team members
  • we are looking for a friendly, motivated, and reliable candidate to lead the Maintenance department and contribute to the quality of the service we provide and professionally represent the company
  • applicants should have comprehensive hands-on experience in garden care and maintenance and an ability to carry out the finer aspects of horticulture, such as species-specific pruning, as well as the more physically demanding tasks

Requirements

  • must have the ability to work on their own initiative both in a team and alone with good time management skills
  • the successful candidate will be a people person, well-mannered and presentable, a full and clean UK driving licence with a strong horticultural knowledge and plant base, horticultural qualification would be an advantage but not essential
