  • adhering to all our policies and procedures and making sure all staff are familiar with them
  • you would maintain daily records including registers, accident and medicine forms and keep children's personal details up to date

  • other duties are ensuring good relations with parents, external agencies and local schools. Management of staff including recruitment and induction, team briefing and staff training, handling complaints and disciplinary issues
