- john Lewis & Partners, Asda, Greggs, JD Sports, Loblaws , Woolworths & Southeastern Grocers
- provide administrative support to the Chief Sales Officer and Sales team
- manage CSO's calendar, scheduling meetings with internal Eagle Eye colleagues as well as prospects and customers
- our founder still plays a huge part here, especially in the Product team
- arrange travel and accommodations for CSO and London Sales team
- here at Eagle Eye, we develop and deploy the market-leading personalised promotions and digital loyalty SaaS platform for some awesome retailers, hospitality and CPG suppliers such as Sainsburys
Requirements
- you have
- experience in a personal assistant role, or an executive assistant role in a small, growing company
- experience in facilities management
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- strong organisational and time management skills
- the ability to anticipate the CSO's needs and provide proactive support
- proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities
