Responsibility

  • ECS are a privately owned Freight forwarding and Haulage company, who are rapidly growing
  • we are looking for someone to join our Account department
  • review and record invoices from vendors to ensure accuracy in billing
  • process expense reports from employees Identify discrepancies and escalate in an appropriate manner
  • have knowledge of approved vendors and policies to avoid paying unauthorized invoices and expenses
  • sending Job Sheets for Completed Works
  • the ideal candidate should have experience in maintaining a database of financial information and be able to recognise and solve any problems that may arise

Requirements

  • strong experience in accounting or related field
  • confident in using SAGE 50 Accounting Software
  • strong understanding of General Ledger system and Accounts Payable processing
  • strong organisational, analytical and fast learner
  • detail-oriented
