Responsibility
- ECS are a privately owned Freight forwarding and Haulage company, who are rapidly growing
- we are looking for someone to join our Account department
- review and record invoices from vendors to ensure accuracy in billing
- process expense reports from employees Identify discrepancies and escalate in an appropriate manner
- have knowledge of approved vendors and policies to avoid paying unauthorized invoices and expenses
- sending Job Sheets for Completed Works
- the ideal candidate should have experience in maintaining a database of financial information and be able to recognise and solve any problems that may arise
Requirements
- strong experience in accounting or related field
- confident in using SAGE 50 Accounting Software
- strong understanding of General Ledger system and Accounts Payable processing
- strong organisational, analytical and fast learner
- detail-oriented
