- experienced with domestic plumbing installations - to include shower pump installation and general household pipework
- plastering skills – Small volumes of plastering such as a re skim of an existing bathroom ceiling or patching of wall
- tiling experience – to be able to carry out domestic tiling installations to a high standard
- decoration – Basic decoration skills would be a bonus for the role
