Responsibility
- managing a team of service engineers and administration staff and ensuring the highest standard of service to customers
- co-ordinating work schedules for the engineering team in line with customer requirements
- ensuring the completion of scheduled maintenance and installations
- providing detailed technical support and playing a leading role in the planning and implementation of installations and projects
- liaising with Engineers and scheduling dates with customers for planned maintenance, installations and commissioning
- preparing quotes and financial statements
- ensuring compliance throughout the team of service staff and liaising with the Managing Director and other senior figures within the business
- attending progress meetings and implementing strategies to constantly maintain standards and improve the E-Tec service
Requirements
- 5 plus years of experience in an FM, Switchgear, UPS or relevant industry
- electrical related education
- experience in leading projects or working in a supervisory/senior engineer capacity
