Requirements
- formal accounts training
- accounts payable and receivable experience
- experience with customer orders and order processing
- knowledge of SAP Business One or similar system
- the ability to prioritize multiple tasks

Responsibility
- managing Bank Accounts and ensure fund available for payments and instigate inter-account transfers
- preparing weekly cash report and detailed cash flow forecasts
- ensuring accounts payable invoices are up to date on SAP, generate payments, and ensure purchasing and payments process is followed
- managing administration of customer orders and respective SAP entries
- credit control, VAT returns and reconcile to GL, HMRC related duties, Maintain Fixed Asset register
- assisting with annual budgets and forecasts as needed
- completing audit schedules and liaise with auditors as needed
- any other duties commensurate with the role, as may reasonably be requested by the line manager or CFO Europe
