- negotiating tenancy renewals and rent reviews
- managing the property database and ensuring all leasing documentation is kept up to date
- processing tenant check-ins and end of tenancy check-outs. Managing deposits
- managing the lettings process, including undertaking viewings, tenancy negotiations and preparing all necessary tenancy documentation
- managing regular servicing to ensure full compliance with all standards and legislative requirements at all times, maintaining all necessary records
- generating work order forms and ensuring all necessary Health and Safety aspects are complied with
- general office administration, including answering the telephone and filing
