Responsibility

  • prepare, cook and present dishes within your section, according to specification
  • lead the kitchen team with maintaining standards and exceeding expectation
  • complete Rota's and budgeting along with stock control and reporting
  • be an excellent communicator
  • ability to follow health and safety procedures
  • be able to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
  • assist other sections of the kitchen in the production and service of food and the cleaning down of the section as and when required
  • work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment with an eye for detail and a drive for excellent standards
