Responsibility

  • preparing bikes on time and in accordance with the schedule
  • carrying out preventative maintenance on our fleet
  • recording details on each bike and repair through our system
  • assist with ordering of parts as required in line with our processes
  • here at e-cargobikes.com we have a clear but simple mandate to reduce pollution and congestion levels within densely populated areas through the introduction of our zero-emission e-cargobikes
  • deliver excellent customer service to our riders and clients

Requirements

  • customer service experience and providing great service levels
  • proficient and confident bike rider
  • A confident self starter who is adaptable and resilient
  • have excellent interpersonal skills, be a good communicator, with a friendly manner
  • hands on and pragmatic
  • 2 years of cycling mechanical experience required, other engineering experience is seriously considered
  • have strong problem solving skills, open mindset and demonstrate an ability to use own initiative whilst working independently
  • punctual, presentable, trustworthy and very reliable
