Requirements
- RMA Level 4 or NVQ Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care, showcasing your expertise in the field
- proven experience in domiciliary care management, providing you with the knowledge and leadership skills to lead a dynamic team
- exceptional communication skills and the ability to inspire and guide your team to deliver the highest standard of care
- A deep-seated commitment to the principles of person-centered care, putting the needs and wishes of our clients at the forefront
- possess a valid driver's license and access to your own vehicle, ensuring you can easily reach our clients
