- managing the sales process, ensuring delivery of high-quality customer service whilst building excellent relationships with your customer base
- follow up on enquiries and carry out site visits
- prospecting and developing self-generated sales enquiries
- having good knowledge of the full range of products and services offered by the company
- negotiating with customers and closing sales to achieve sales targets
- updating the quotation system and processing customer orders
- work with managing director on marketing business development strategies and activities
- reporting to company directors on sales progress and key performance indicators
Requirements
- good knowledge of the double-glazing industry
- driven by targets and financial incentives
- A car & valid driving licence is essential
- great interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with customers and colleagues effectively at all levels
