  • E A Lane & Sons are seeking a graduate Rural Surveyor to join our team
  • valuations of rural and residential property for taxation, estate planning and sale purposes
  • sales and lettings of rural and commercial properties including farms, smallholdings, land, cottages, etc
  • rural Planning and Mapping
  • auctions
  • rural Payments
  • the company is based in South Leicestershire and the successful candidate will be primarily involved in assisting the Director in all types of Rural Surveying work including –
  • compensation claims against utility companies

Requirements

  • an aim to training towards RICS qualifications
  • an organised approach with attention to detail for all work
  • A rural background with an interest in rural life
  • excellent communication skills with an ability to confidentially deal with clients and fellow professionals in a professional manner
  • good computer skills
  • full UK driving licence
  • A positive outlook with an appetite for continuous improvement and a willingness to learn
