Requirements
1 to 3 years experience in Finance Operations, currently studying or actively wanting to do so
ability and willingness to quickly absorb new information and work in a changing environment
up to date, working understanding of accounting principles
excellent communication skills, including experience creating reports and presenting financial information clearly and simply
willingness to constructively challenge and improve processes

experienced operating modern machinery to the highest standards, such as a top spec Fendt 720
operating modern machinery to the highest standards
an understanding of precision farming and modern agricultural machinery
roles include but not limited to hedge cutting, rolling and trailer work

A good attention to detail and strong commitment to environmental protection
being part of a team growing a range of crops
involved in various agricultural operations including cultivations, loader work, relief driving of sprayer and drill

Requirements
familiar with trimble GPS equipment
experience around cultivations and general farm work
capable of managing the in field operation of a forage team and coordinating tractors, trailers and HGVs
pro-active approach to promoting health and safety in the workplace
must be pro-active in continuous professional development
experienced forage harvester driver to operate a CLAAS Jaguar 970 forage harvester harvesting summer whole crop and autumn maize for AD feedstock
A good level of workshop and maintenance knowledge preferred as you will be responsible for ensuring machinery is kept to a high standard of cleanliness and condition
