Responsibility

  • process and expedite customer orders efficiently, accurately and in a timely fashion to meet company requirements
  • configure services quotations for field services and inspections
  • answer external and internal customers and service engineers’ queries and action accordingly
  • handle service invoicing keeping the necessary records for customers machines
  • to act as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency
  • provide an efficient administrative service for warranty claims and procedures in liaison with service engineers
  • proactively update information/databases in our online tools
  • participate in the development and creation of helpful content for customers and prospects
