Responsibility

  • the Bench Joiners day to day duties will be to build retail displays and furniture
  • this will include understanding technical drawings, materials, sizes, colours and finishes
  • ensure competent usage of machinery, equipment and tools
  • ensure competent / safe usage of fixed/unfixed machinery, equipment and tools
  • you will need to manage your own consumables usage, taking care to utilise all components

  • the CAD Designer role involves working with other designers, customers and our joiners so good communication skills and being able to develop relationships is key. Good knowledge of joinery is essential

  • responsible for ensuring the FSC process and chain of custody is adhered to within the workshop
  • overall responsibility for ensuring the workshop training program, TBT’s and SWP’s are worked towards and adhered to
  • responsible for managing all workshop staff HR issues, holiday requests and appraisals, in conjunction with the Group Operations Director
