- dynamic Support is a leading supported Living provider in Swindon
- your role will be to lead, mentor and motivate a localised team of support workers
- the role also involves liaising with Service Users and other professionals, and occasionally participating in the out-of-hours on call service
- to be conversant with the Care Standards Act 2008 for Care Regulations
- and legislation governing the service and other regulations concerning the provision of care services
- required Education, Skills and Qualifications
- we are looking to recruit a highly motivated and customer focussed care coordinator who has the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines
