- providing first-class customer service e-mail and online platforms

- to assist the Warehouse Operative in undertaking deliveries when necessary
- ensuring all emails and enquiries are responded within a reasonable time frame
- converting customer enquiries into retail sales
- manage and oversee any customer issues or complaints
- proactively answering and dealing with customer enquiries, providing information on products and services
- understand the features of the systems used in the warehouse, being able to run the operation on a daily basis
Requirements
- eBay or similar online platform, marketplace experience
- leadership with ability to motivate and manage a small team
- ability to work under pressure and within specified timeframes

- great written customer service skills
- well organised and able to manage a demanding workload
