Responsibility

  • good overall functional capability and comfortable dealing with business users
  • provide 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support as required
  • produce technical design documentation and work in combination with various third-party companies
  • coach and support more junior members of the technical team
  • develop and extend Dynamics AX using X++, SQL and C#

Requirements

  • have experience working in Project or end-user operations
  • demonstrate the ability to produce functionality to solve business needs
  • be comfortable and experience with various development management tolls such as TFS and JIRA
  • put Quality of product delivery first and can consistently deliver quality results
  • have strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
