DYNAMIC CONTROLS is looking for employees for positions:
quality manager
Responsibility
- investigate customer complaints / quarantined items
- complete root cause analysis on non-conforming products and components, utilizing the 8D, 5Why’s and other quality investigation processes
- support with the creation and implementation of processes and procedures for the quality management system
- conduct and coordinate internal audits, audit preparation, and implementation of action plan to correct non-conformance
- coordinate quality meetings and training matrix
- ensure all items requiring calibration are maintained and available for use when required i.e., tooling, equipment, and fixtures etc
- coordinate and manage the Field Service Engineers, ensuring they are onsite when required and kept engaged when here
- manage the documentation processes ensuring all paperwork is available and ready for review by the Field Service Engineer
