- previous experience of a ‘SAFETY FIRST’ culture with a zero tolerance and continuous safety improvement mentality
- previous experience of a ‘Quality’ management culture “Right First Time” within an ISO certified environment
- previous experience of working in a manufacturing and engineering environment
- previous experience of leading a large team with varying levels of skills and experience
- experience working within a disciplined and system-controlled environment
- experience of working with a SQDCIP production management
- at least seven years’ experience working within a senior management team, operations leadership and lean role
- management: 7 years
