- liaison with : Divisional CEO, Divisional Operations Director, Global Practice Area Head, Partners, Directors, Managers, legal advisers and employees internally as well as external clients, service providers and contacts as required
- lead on any restructure, redundancy and/or TUPE activities for the division, co-ordinating the support of the HR Specialist team where necessary
