Responsibility

  • we are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic HGV/LGV Class 2 HIAB Driver for our busy branch in Kingsfold
  • working on your own initiative, but recognising the importance of being a team member, your responsible role is crucial to our commitment to providing a high-quality service to our customers
  • deliver goods and collect stock correctly and in good condition
  • check the vehicle daily and fill in defect report sheets as requested by the Transport Manager
  • any other reasonable management request
  • the successful candidate will be operating a 26-tonne dropside rear steer vehicle fitted with a remote control crane & will be delivering building materials locally and throughout the southeast, the successful candidate will also provide backup support for the yard when required
