Responsibility
- providing support to the existing service and repair team at our Haverhill facility
- conducting site survey and maintenance visits mainly within the UK but occasionally abroad
- running field operations, offering technical support, and troubleshooting on-site issues
- ensuring on-site efficiency and safety at all times
- analysing data, monitoring expenditure, and drafting progress reports
- equipment testing, maintenance and installation
- mitigating risk, ensuring compliance, and evaluating environmental impact
- drafting and submitting site reports for in-house usage and customers
Requirements
- A full driving licence is essential
- enhanced security clearance may be required by some customers/sites
- 2 years' of experience in a similar role
- excellent problem-solving skills backed by solid technical knowledge
- ability to diagnose problems down to component level
- A versatile and service-oriented mindset
- good understanding of safety guidelines
- great communication skills
