- answering incoming telephone calls and relaying correct information to the required person

- support other team members as needed

- communicate with customers via phone, email, and occasionally in-person to provide accurate quotations so the customer can confidently place the order soonafter
Requirements
- good timekeeping
- good at working under pressure
- strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- excellent communication, good phone manner and customer service skills
- computer literate however full training on our computer systems will be provided
- ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- previous experience in an administrative or customer service role would be an asset however not a requirement
