- we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Supervisor to join our team at Duranta's anaerobic digestion plant
- as a Shift Supervisor, you will work closely with the Operation's Manager and play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations and ensuring the efficient and safe functioning of the anaerobic digestion process
- you will monitor and control the anaerobic digestion process, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to set standards; supervise Plant Operators and Technicians to ensure smooth operation and efficient utilisation of resources; conduct regular inspections and checks to identify and address any equipment malfunctions or potential issues; identify opportunities for process improvement and implement effective measures to enhance plant efficiency and productivity; ensure the plant operates in compliance with all environmental regulations and permits; and collaborate with the engineering and maintenance team to address and resolve operational challenges promptly
