Responsibility

  • maintaining and supporting hardware related to Network, Firewalls, Servers and Render farm setup in the server room
  • maintain various storage servers
  • maintain and improve our offsite Disaster Recovery setup with annual reviews and improvements
  • we are seeking a to join the ranks on a permanebt basis, a IT & Linux Systems Manager to lead and work alongside the IT team that supports all areas of the business from studio and production team to senior management working across a broad range of technologies which include inhouse and cloud services
  • develop and maintain standards and guides for IT support and knowledge base
  • responsible for making sure the IT tickets have been completed and all issues resolved in a timely manner
