Responsibility

  • § Recruiting and training of Kiosk, cafe, and shop staff
  • § Line management of kiosk, cafe, and shop staff, including monitoring sickness and performance
  • § Arranging and agreeing staff rotas , ensuring adequate cover arrangements in place
  • § Developing opening and closing procedures, ensuring that agreed opening hours are adhered to
  • § Cashing up daily from kiosk, shop, and cafe; also, responsibility for car park and laundry cash management
  • to manage the retail outlets of the Dunster Beach holiday complex, including procurement and ordering of stock, and the recruitment, training and line management of seasonal kiosk, cafe, and shop staff
  • § Developing and agreeing menus
  • § Stock ordering and control of retail stock plus consumables
