  • collaborate with the kitchen team to streamline operations, manage inventory, and optimize efficiency
  • assist in menu planning, suggesting new and innovative dishes to enhance the culinary offerings
  • ensure compliance with health and safety standards at all times
  • prepare and cook a variety of menu items, including crispy chicken wings, birria tacos, chicken tenders, and loaded fries, ensuring high-quality and flavorful results

Requirements

  • proven experience as a chef or line cook in a fast-paced kitchen environment
