Requirements
- transferrable technical skills and competencies advantageous from the renewable/construction or utilities sector
- CSCS Skilled Worker advantageous but not essential
- ideally have experience on roofing inclusive of working with and adjusting roof tiles and slate but not essential
- experience in following project plans and working to deadlines
- IPAF / or Powered access Operative license –
- safety Awareness – training will be provided
- skilled worker with power tools, cutting equipment
- safe working including at working at height
Responsibility
- effective installation against plans and layouts across Solar PV installations
- leading or operating effectively within a team of installers delivering outstanding service in domestic/commercial (including on-roof, ground mount and Solar fields
- supporting technical installations across containment of cabling and AC/DC cable routing
- being integral to project delivery on large scale Commercial installations within project timescales
- supporting installation across varying renewable energy products
- adaptable to challenges and working environments across a variety of differing installation types both on roof and ground-mount solar arrays
- coaching and developing members of our growing team
- supporting an open culture of change and development while putting safety and the customer at the heart of everything we do
