Requirements

  • previous experience working in a production kitchen either as a manager or assistant manager seeking a promotion in job title
  • strong knowledge of health and safety standards
  • great work ethic
  • food Hygiene level 2 or higher
  • ability to commute easily to Brixton / Herne Hill Area
