Responsibility
you will be part of a dedicated team responsible for generating donations for the causes we represent
we are a people focused and dynamic contact centre with flexible working and permanent opportunities for full and part-time working. We offer 40 / 35 / 30 and 24 hour contracts to suit different working patterns
we work on behalf of charities receiving inbound calls and making outbound calls to their current supporters or warm leads who have shown an active interest in work they do
you may be new to this role or an experienced contact centre advisor but will relish the challenge of developing inspiring conversations with our donor base
full training and support will be given to help you have inspiring conversations with these supporters and gain commitments to help make a difference
after a period of training and coaching , you will have the opportunity to work from home
