Responsibility
- producing Site Information Packs
- scanning and archive of returned Site Packs
- assist with the maintenance of the Information Management System

- assist with weekly download of Fieldview data
- completing and signing all relevant paperwork to ensure all legislative, licensable and financial requirements are met
- assist with production of Post Contract Files
- ensuring all works are carried out to the highest standard of workmanship at all times preventing and reducing the spread and/or exposure of asbestos
- general Requirements
- complying at all times with company method statements, risk assessments, policies and procedures to ensure the health, safety, welfare and security of all
- respect the confidentiality of all information obtained in the course of duties
- assisting the Contracts Manager with creating Risk Assessments, Method Statements and work instructions that actively improve the health, safety and welfare of all
- undertake any other duties as directed that can reasonably be accommodated within the scope and salary range for the job and your expertise
- carrying out daily record keeping including a company timesheet, respirator check sheet and health record for yourself and for any agency staff under your responsibility on site
- to lead, monitor and assess workforce on an ongoing basis to ensure staff are capable of performing the tasks they are allocated by completing a Training Needs Analysis on site based staff under your supervision and providing feedback to the Contracts Manager monthly
- document Control of Tender Information & Filing
- activities post order to include effective contract review to then hand over to site delivery team
- co-ordination of supporting tender information as required
- quote chasing & conversion working with Team
- ensure that each stage of the project is progressing on time and on budget and identify any issues that may prevent this from happening
- collate feedback on actual costs on completed projects from commercial teams
- collating documentation for board reports
- be aware of the Company’s Equal Opportunities Policy to assist in eliminating all areas of inequality and discrimination
- general administration for the Business Development Team including checking portals, diary management etc
- attendance at post tender meetings as required
- managing all health and safety
