Responsibility
- A confident and competent Office Manager required for a growing double glazing company
- we are looking for an Office Manager to join our team at our rapidly growing double glazing company
- previous experience using Gmail, Google Calendar and Xero would be an advantage, but training can be given to the right candidate
- you would be required to work from our Head Office at Teal Park, Lincoln, LN6 3AE
- this back office role will require you to support the Directors in the running of the company, responding to incoming enquiries, liaising with customers and suppliers, and managing other administrative tasks
- confidence on the phone when dealing with customers, suppliers and staff is essential, as are excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Previous administration experience is preferred, too
- this is initially a part-time role, but there is scope for the hours to increase as the business grows. We can also be flexible with the timings of this role for the right candidate
