- removing and replacing plaster
- replacing timber floors, building frame walls and installing door casings
- all aspects of second fix joinery, skirting, architraves, hanging doors etc
- install new damp proof courses
- apply internal and external water-proofing systems
- apply render backing coats and skim plaster
- apply rot and woodworm treatments
Requirements
- ability to work with others, we’re looking for a team player
- ability to work under your own initiative
- good knowledge of general building
- CSCS Card
- NVQ Level 2 or above in joinery
- experience is essential. This is a role only suitable to those with experience. Further training will however be provided where necessary
- driving License
- good joinery skills to include; first and second fix joinery, replacing timber floors, installing door casings, hanging doors and frame walling
