  • create and adjust varied seasonal menus
  • monitoring of food safety documentation
  • cooking and preparing well balanced, nutritious meals for upto 40 residents at one time taking into account individual needs, special diets and allergy requirements
  • control of budgets and weekly ordering of food & cleaning products
